Overview:
Both Craft Basilea and Pasares are commercial plazas managed by Inversiones Bolivar. For each plaza, we developed distinct lead generation strategies through Meta Business Suite.
Strategy:
For Craft Basilea, we created an advertising campaign that showcased the tenants of one of the most exclusive plazas in San Salvador. This strategy highlighted the unique appeal of the plaza and successfully attracted new tenants.
For Pasares, we implemented an ad strategy that significantly boosted occupancy. Within the first three months, we achieved over 40% occupancy through targeted advertisements.
